I want spelling as Sethu only. 100% no compromise, that is a Rameswaram train. Ramar Palam.
Since it is an SR train, it is very likely that it will be spelled as 'Sethu' on the TB ( Refer to the MS-RMM Sethu Express's TB). It would be appropriate to spell it as 'Sethu' unless printed otherwise on the Train board.
You can see the PR of Northern Railway which says its "Sethu" not Setu.

Whether you spell setu or sethu, the meaning will remain same.
