Why Delhi Mumbai route via kota is better than the Delhi Mumbai route via Alwar and Jaipur?Can anyone answer?

Yes, the whole Mathura-Vadodara via Kota,Ratlam is double elctrified line with an MPS of 130 kmph. And by far, that section controlling is beyond average IR level. Have you ever seen the Trivandrum Rajdhani rampage there, pure carnage. Trivandrum Rajdhani rules that route.
Menawhile, Delhi-Alwar-Jaipur-Ajmer has MPS of 110kmph and Ajmer-Marwar-Abu Road-Palanpur-Ahmedabad has MPS of 100-110kmph. Controlling of this section is also superb. Moreover, not entire section is double line. But, Delhi-Jaipur-Ajmer [even till Marwar] can be converted into MPS of 130kmph in less than 5 years. Main problem comes on Marwar-Abu Road-Palanpur section where there are ghats and curves which complicate the increase in MPS. But, like Dara Ghat near Kota, Railways can take the Ghat section of Abu Road...

Delhi To Mathura is fit for 180kmph and Mathura Ratlam is fit for 150kmph.. Talgo has achieved amazing speed on this section.
Yes, for commercial movements Delhi-Mathura 160kmph, Mathura-Mumbai via Kota-Ratlam-Vadodara 130kmph.
