I have personally visited Adra many times, and it is not at all a big city which needs a satellite stoppage, Adra is much smaller compared to CKP, both being Divisional HQ and hardly of any importance other than Railways, CKP serves some pax from its District HQ of CBSA, Adra may not be doing that as its District HQ is PRR.
I think as far as this Raj is concerned, Crew is the only reason for stoppage at ANR and not as a satellite of Adra.
