These are the spare coaches of MAS SBC DD whose maintenance is at BBQ. But the report says they came from SBC. The proposed DD is an Uday express which is apparently an ONT but the TT shows its going to be a daytime DD. And also it can be inferred that PM is going to be at SBC(SWR) as the want of pitlines have been cited in the article but according to TT, it seems to be that it will be maintained at CBE(SR).
