Even SCR did not allow overtake of 17229 by 12625....
This is called impartial controlling.Why would you delay an already delayed train for a train which runs on time???It is mere logic...
An express being trailed by a SF train known as the king of overtakes....I think other zones like NCR in NDLS-MGS route who are partial about some trains should learn from this...
