Report says- "Air cooled/temperature controlled services will be provided for long distance travel to all passengers in India."
Shall the air cooling/temperature control be provided to non ac coaches at same price or there is plan to increase fare, as per it has become customary to charge a premium of 15-30 % of base fare for the improved services. Else the pax. subsidy shall shoot up sharply as provision of such services shall entail one time investment in equipment in addition to recurring operation & maintenance costs..
