Maybe yes because D-Loco ki shortage padegi diverted route hone ki wajah se. issiliye isko E Loco pakda diya.

Route diversion Nahi hua shayad. Maybe Meerut mein D-Loco unavailable ho isliye E-Loco de diya. Ye regular link nahi hoga I guess.
