I have one e-ticket booked for 2 person, both er in WL as of now. Please let me know the refund amount if I cancel the ticket on the DOJ for the below scenarios :
1. Both passengers are in WL
2. 1 passenger in RAC and one in WL

the previous blog seems that the chart is prepared before 24 hours. it not corect. it is 2 - 4 hours
