Thank you Kapadiaji, the total weight of our luggage including the TV Carton box will certainly be far less than the prescribed limit of 25Kgs per person / ticket & we are a family of 4 persons; My query was related more to the point that there is hardly any leg space in IIIrd AC bogie, so I intended to load the TV carton box in the luggage + AC Generator bogie at the end of the train; That's why I was trying the Bharuch Rly Stn to enquire such a luggage load possibility, but so far no response from them; Further the train stoppage is just 2 minutes. So are there any such rules that no luggages will be allowed on account of such a short time?
Rgds

Since the train stops only for two minutes at the boarding point, it will be difficult fo you to book it in the luggage van. If you are not getting the Station number to respond, please get in touch with any porter/luggage attender who can answer whether it can be loaded or not. Normally, I would think NOT. But things have changed since the Luggage/Brake van in the front of the train have been contracted out to private parties. Therefore my suggestion.
Please share your experience after the journey. Good wishes.

Loading TV sets in the luggage van will be at entirely at your own risk. It is better and safer to load it in the 3-tier coach only and its manageable in two minutes. Once it is loaded, keep it at an appropriate place with lesser difficulties, co-passengers would not mind and instead co-operate.

But your responsibility that the co-passengers are not inconvinienced becuase of your TV reducing their leg space or passage within the cabin. YOU can do one thing. Measure the height of the TV / box. Goto the station and measure the height of the space below the lower berth in AC3T. If you feel it fits in, its ok to carry.
