In PNR 852-7537990 One Ticket is Confirmed & other shows W/L1RLGN. PLS INFORM WHAT W/L1RLGN MEANS, WILL THE TKT GET CONFIRMED. IT IS FOR 4312 OF 10TH APRIL

It means the 2nd passenger is still under WL. The WL type is Remote Location. Any cancellation in this RL quota ahead of you or any vacanices prevailing during charting will help in cancellation of this passenger.
