While lodging a Grievances itself you must agree to their T&C that you are not submitting any suggestion . See Point 5 Under terms and conditions. But still people are submitting suggestions.So there should be no surprise for this reply

Yes you are right...the grievance portal will never take any suggestions. Sometimes it is difficult to even honour suggestions given by the GM or DRM
