Punctuality:- Not good on both sides (Avg Delay may be 1 to 1.30 Hrs)
Food:- Just OK (No PC but vendors will be there through out journey as you can think this as plus point as this train have more halts.)
Cleanliness:- Don't think much (in A/c also.) including Toilets.

I just came few days agoin last week of december from MAS to SEGM. It was 1.30 hrs delay, cleanliness was good in SL, charging sockets were there at both sides, toilets were ok.
