This train is running since many years.
first time I traveled in 1992.
its high time now IR increase number of coaches.
train runs totally packed on most of the days.

Yes possible, pf 1 ko chhorkar koi v pf main LR ho sakta hai
ERS pnbe, jyg puri exp jaisa 23 coacher train ka LR already ASN main hota hai

AFAIK all pfs can handle 24 coacher except that small pf, most probably that is pf 1
