Shan-e-Bhopal - तेरी खूबसूरती से नजर नही हटती, नजारे हम क्या देखें - ललितपुरी रेलफैन

Dear Sir. Today morning at 12.02 AM , I searched train no:12512 Raptisagar exp. I saw only 2 seat are available in AC2tire on 7/3/2018 form palakkad to Lucknow .what happened for another seats. There is no chance to another person to book it.bcz today 7/11/2017 is the first day of booking for that train on 7/3/2018. So we can’t book online up to 8.30am. When I tried at 8.30 it shown waiting 3! Sir what is the problem why it happen .why the another seats didn’t shown. pls inform me sirs
