Please rate TT of new proposed train, providing daily connectivity between Dhanbad, Chittaranjan, Madhupur, Jasidih & Delhi

Even Poorva takes 2h45m, that too with LHB rakes, a WAP-7; and being a Deluxe train it is given comparatively high priority in Grand Chord....
look 12381 has slack between Koderma & Gaya.
whereas in this slack had been given between Kumardhubi - Dhanbad & DOS - MGS.

But, DOS to MGS is Triple Line. Thus, slack is not required. Trains can cover this stretch in under 2h45m with comfort.
dhanbad to DOS is approx 284 km. and between these two station proposed train has aggressive TT. therefore DOS-MGS slack is given, so that if there is any delay that can covered.
I am just taking a realistic view on the section. No problem if train can cover the distance....
