Also, surprising to see it skipping main stations in Kerala (like PGT, KTYM, QLN etc., despite stopping @ WL & TCR. Glance through its TT & you see stoppages at all 'Junctions'; still Palakkad & Kollam Junctions lost out!!
Moreover, it's supposed to run non stop between ERN & KCVL, where doubling works are still in progress.

Someone travelling by this train had complained that there's no water in 3A coach on twitter & PRO/PGT promptly replied that next stoppage of 04428 is @ TCR! Fact remains, there's no watering facility either @ TCR or ERN, which are the next scheduled stoppages. Beyond that 04428 is supposed to stop only @ KCVL, the destination. Think someone realised the gravity of the situation & made it stop @ PGT itself for watering.
As such the train ran very late & arrived KCVL @ 2152 yesterday, against ETA of 1545; 6 h 07 minutes late!!

Tech Halt is there at PGT in Both Direction.
It didn't stop just because watering weren't done by previous stations or bcz someone complained in twitter.
10 mins in UP direction and 5 mins in Return direction non-commercial stop is there at PGT.

Denying commercial stoppage @ PGT(which is a division HQ), despite halting there for technical reasons indeed is simply absurd!
