The problem with fully AC trains is timings and terminal for train.
If it's introduced from Delhi Sarai Rohilla or Safdarjung or timings are of late night Arrival then I'm not sure at all.
Otherwise it'd be quite successful, even if not full at all times, it'd still fare better than existing ones. Far better infact.

Which are Ashram Express, Gujarat Sampark Kranti Express and Swarna Jayanti Rajdhani Express.
