All at railblog keeps writing these are the proposals ...Actually for your all information once in a year railway board takes IRTTC meeting where all zones are present.In these IRTTC meeting rail board coaching directorate gives approval for these trains...see the signatures of railway board...only this is in INDIA new trains runs only on politics demand.....So respective proposals can be given to concern MP to make pressure on rail board to start these train which are already approved by rail board with zones in every year IRRTC meetings
