Second Class Seating means Reserved Non AC Seating Arrangement! they are only indicated by D1,D2 and so on! Yes you can confirm your seat and travel you need to book at booking office or via online too!Or buy the General ticket board and pay the remaining balance to the TTE. This is not similar to The AC Chair Car as seating varies according to type of coach!
