Yes. It has happened earlier also. Either 2 places: 1 at GZB if Shatabdi arives before time, or near Panki itself where 2 train depart parallely and the following train arrvies Panki before the preceeding train.

RNC GR even overtook DBRT rajdhani between CNB-ALD section of NCR few days back..
