Money is nothing; RailFanning is Everything

i booked a ticket on 13.08.2001 at hathras quila reservation counter vide pnr no.835-9316829 fo r two passengers in ac 2t-- from indore to mathura-train no 12415
journy date was 11.11.2011
at the time of boarding at indore we were told that we have been downgraded to ac 3t and a certificate for granting refund no.b003193 was issued to me by tt assuring me that you will get refund on presenting it at booking station(hathras quila) or at destination station......

12.11.2011 at about 03.30am at mathura after stepping down from the train i went to the ticket window where all the 4 window clerk refused to give me refund and ask me to stay upto 8am and go to reservation window.when at 8am i went to reservation widow they also refused to give me refund and told me that it is not reflecting in the computer.
then i went to hathras quila reservation counter travelling about 60 km -they also refused to refund saying it is not shown in the computer .
sir we suffered a lot in travelling in ac3t then being be fooled by the incompeetant clerks.
