All you guys are sitting here in front of your computers and drawing some wrong conclusions. Pls visit the nearest railway station, check some reservation charts there, check charts put up on trains, ask the TTE abt PQ. You get to know that PQ is end to end (I am not talking of PQWL, I am talking of quota itself. End to end passengers are placed under GNWL). Till then no point discussion, you all guys are shooting in the dark.
