Yes you can. Choose the favorite page, and then right click and choose select all, then right click again and choose copy, and then open an spreadsheet : Excel, or word or Note pad, right click, and choose paste; after it is pasted, save it has htm/html page ! Remember to give it a proper name so that you can remember it, or save it in a special folder titled say favorite trains..

By "streaming" do you mean, live "video streaming" with the help of satellite camera? Currently you have the feature of viewing the satellite "images" of all geographic areas of the world (www.wikimapia.org / www.maps.google.com). But for live streaming, you may have to wait for a few years! I do expect this technology soon, when the bandwidth would exponentially increase over the coming few years.
