Why is this train being 8 hours late from source everytime without prior information?

Hello brother..So my housemaid who is from Nepal wants to visit there with their family for vacation. So she said they need a ticket for Darbangha station on 25 or 26 march and from thereon they will travel by bus. But due to non availability of tickets they are not sure what to do . So can you please suggest what to do in this situation as she has small kids as well and it's a long travel.
Brother..are you aware about the Telegram groups active that are providing real time updates even more accurately then the Where is my train app?
