This station is strategically located. There is a circle 550 meters away from railway station. From this circle regular buses and private vehicles (like trax, van etc.) are available to taluk headquarters like Gokak (16 km), Hukkeri (18 km) & Chikkodi (34 km) and town like Sankeshwara (31 km).
