Add 3 sleeper coach and an AC3 coach.
Slow down between pitambarpur and tilhar
Remove atleast 3 general coaches.
You are planning to offload 14307 so plan accordingly

it doesn't have a 3A coach and few more sleeper coaches needs to be attached.Its a consistent overnight train.
If you are running this in daytime then AC chair car coaches will also work in place of 3A.
