Yes. But only P7s. WAP4s are no longer manufactured .. SRC got few recently.30743,30699,37003 and 37004. TATA got 37010 and 37011. 37010 eventually got transferred to SRC still it is with SER

Yes I say only in past Tata have no wap7 and also src but in present they have .
Therefore the no. of locomotives increase minor but increase
