Train/ Station rating feature in IRI is actually very useful IMO. It helps the passengers to be properly prepared before starting their journey.
Here I am particularly focussing in the station rating system. Though the existing parameters are good and quite satisfying, I feel adding a point 'Public Address System' would be more helpful because I have seen many cases of passenger suffering due to poor announcement. If this parameter is added then a member should consider following factors before voting in this segment:

That's could be true. Also I have the feeling that some cases the rating provided by the members are bit partial (no offence to the genuine voters)- mostly to promote home station/ favourite train or down vote the rival station/ zone/ train etc. However, still I feel that it could be an useful addition.
