Report says laying of third line for high speed project is getting delayed in-spite of allocation of 160 crore Rs and trains shall run at 110kmph on these tracks. Reporter is not sure
(1) Construction of Third line in BSP-NGP route is going on since last 2 decades with a target speed of 110kmph.
(2) The so called High speed project, actually a semi high speed project (160-200kmph), is a recent one and actual work for this project is yet to pick up.
