So any positive development ?........Is railways going to re-consider terminating these trains back to Bangalore city. While departure from Bayapanahalli may not be an issue as it is evening and early arrival at Bayappanhali may not solve the issue as it will be too early in the day 3:30am . That time metro does not start and moreover not sure how many ola,uber will be in that station as other major trains do not stop there.
As of now no such move. Rly promised to consider a stop at BYPL after 45 days. Earlier Rly & Cab operators agreed to start service from many city stations. But still getting a cab from BAND in the morning time (16528 arrival) is very difficult. Even prepaid auto service also not effective as auto drivers are not co-operating. Then can imagine the situation at this time.
There is a bus available from Hosur Rly stn to Hosur bus stand exclusively for the 16528 train. Like that BMTC can help by providing some buses from BYPL/KRPuram to some areas like City Market/Majestic/Shivaji Nagar etc exclusively for this train.

Situation at BAND is quite bad during other times of the day. I faced a similar situation after getting down from 12258 at about 9am. More than 100 -200 passengers simply waiting for their cabs. Waiting time for cabs was more than 30 min , autos were refusing to come and there was too much rush.
KRpuram is comparatively better with transport towards silk board and also hebbal at odd hours considering it is the highway.
Was not aware of a bus service for 16528 at HSRA. It is definitely a good...
