Two weekly Ernakulam trains which were shifted to Banaswadi will be allowed to stop in Baiyappanahalli, the railways have said. The decision, which comes as relief...
I see People from other states wants more trains only to Bengaluru, but no where will give suggestions to construct pitlines or new terminals to enhance capacity, first of all there is no space to accomodate more trains on top of that you want to add more trains, affecting daily travelers from Tumkur, Hosur, Channapatna
Sir, i respect your views and definitely you have a valid point. The politicians and elected representatives of Karnataka need to put maximum pressure in highlighting the issues and be more proactive.I have seen that happening in Mumbai, TN etc .In my opinion i dont see much happening in this front in Karnataka.
From this article it can be seen that an MP has gone and met the Div manager and highlighted the issue along with representatives of passenger associations. The same needs to also happen in Karnataka. The first budget of the new govt was presented by a minister from Karnataka (Sadananda Gowda) . Much was expected but unfortunately he could not influence much.

Ok if no new trains are provided..But atleast dont take away those limited trains that we have to SBC..22607 was an excellent connection from Kerala to SBC..Now commuters suffer for local transport after early morning arrival at BAND..Why do that??I think atleast 22607/8 should be restored to SBC
Its the same thing happening everywhere including mumbai where people from.outside want to come to earn a living leaving the city infrastructure in shambles. When you try to highlight this issue some politicians feel that we don't want them to come to our cities. Instead of developing cities in their states they want to depend on others. But the question is for how long.
