There is no hard and fast rule that GDR should be given halt for all trains.
"few dont have stops but will halt there if arrive early in GDR as i know and came to know from some other memebers." -- This is wrong.
How you or other members who informed you this, know what is the OFFICIAL handover time or OFFICIAL crossing time for non-stopping trains @ GDR? Suppose, if a train is running BT (as per WTT - Working Time Table, but not as per the intermediate stop timings given...

yes. you are right .. this is a new information to me. Thanks. but where they will handover to MAS crew? in BZA? or GDR?
Single crew from BZA to MAS except trains like Bokaro, Circar AFAIK where there is a crew change at BTTR. Few trains are taken by BZA crew and few by MAS crew.
eg: 12760 from BZA to MAS is BZA crew, who brings back 12621 to BZA.
12622 from BZA to MAS is MAS crew
