I am planning to board the train from Dhanbad station, I guess it will reach at Dhanbad station around 1600 hrs after departing from Howrah at 1300 hrs, pls advise - (1) is there any risk in doing this (2) What is the duration of tech stoppage at Dhanbad for this train no. 2273

You might risk losing your seat, since your berth might have been alloted to some1 else. Most durontos are running full. Some are even in WL

Donno about the case you have stated. Experts may comment. What if TTE wants to allot berth to other RAC/WL Passengers. As such boarding from intermediate station is not allowed.

good question.
it is our birth right not to obey laws of the land. it is also our birth right not to have any discipline at all.
why does the passenger not reserve in some other train and have a peaceful journey instead of taking risks.
what if the train does not stop at Dhanbad itself? - since there is no

regular halt - leave alone technical halt - you cant say it has to stop.
technical halts can be changed as per railways wish. it may happen that it waits at Dhanbad outer and does not stop at the platform and just passes speedily towards its destination?
there are so many questions. more questions welcome.
