As I said previously. D.E.M.U. serves the purpose of D.M.U. and M.E.M.U..This rake can be used for other short D.E.M.U. also. Also, the D.E.M.U. rakes look far better than M.E.M.U. rakes....
M.E.M.U. somehow restricts its usability. M.E.M.U. is good in routes like Howrah to Barddhaman or Howrah to Kharagpur where Diesel Lines are far away.
