This PNR shows confirmed since last one week. But no berth OR seat No. allocated. I see the same when I login to my irctc on account. When I generate SMS, it shows RAC18 and RAC19. Is it not a cheating situation? I have to wait for the last moment to cancell so that maximum penalty is cut and bank will also take transaction charge again. If it is confirmed HOW? Without berth and seat ? Then at the last moment RAC allocation of single seat for two pax, as was done last time. We can not travel as RAC by paying for full charges at this sevre weather condition. Indian rail is running with tax payers money and cheating the tax payer?
