Dear Sirs:
The Takkal Scheme in your Web site says: "No identity proof is required to be produced by the passenger seeking reservation under tatkal scheme neither at the time of booking nor during the journey."
But your ticket with Takkal boking shows: "·This ticket will only be valid along with an ID proof in original. If found travelling without ID Proof, Passenger will be treated as without ticket and charged as per extant Railway rules. Example:

This rule is valid for tickets booked from railway reservation counter.
Because earlier when Tatkal scheme was introduced by Mr Nitish Kumar(Railway Minster that time) the rule was person must show an identity while booking in tatkal scheme, but later on this rule removed so you got this message.
