There are plans of railways implementing dynamic fare structure on all trains,also providing discount during non peak times,What Is your opinion on the same?(specify your reason In the comments)

Its not going to happen.. railway is instead planning of dynamic fare system from all premium trains and a hike of 10% to normal fare..
