I remember around 1970, GT was having Bathrooms for FC travellers.I have taken bath[though in cold water,which was hot in May!].Probably this amenity was duscontinued due to water shortage,waste disposal problem,commercial reasons[revenue,of course].Are there any such trains now?

they have to take this social responsibility as they belong to government of india and are made to give services to people
