Totally illogical. First the dedicated train was extended to CBE and then quota to SBC was reduced and now you want that to reroute.
This was originally SBC to Kurla express. Bangalore lost this train to CBE. Chalukya was a Bangalore to Mumbai train, but went to PDY and TEN. No more losses can be accepted. If you want a train from CBE, ask SR to start it from CBE by night and let it pass via KJM, YNK at early morning hours. No issues. Just because the train is to reach SA to CBE after 0400, this train is not getting speeded up. Else, it could reach SBC before 8 PM.
Can be diverted via KJM or YPR would be fine for YNK no connection from the city
