I think loco is Kanpur WAP4 #22319.(I amn't good in Hindi! :0). Please watch and correct if updated wrong info!
Being the 23rd Rajdhani Express and 3rd one from Bhubaneswar, almost whole of the train was satisfactorily decorated. The train couldn't skip Purulia Junction at high speed due to PSRs(Permanent Speed Restrictions). It hovered around 50-60 kmph. This act endorses a slight feeling of respect for the station.
The scheduled halt of ANR should be transferred to PRR. None of the passengers were happy with this idiotic move. Any way enjoy the video....

Aaj TV wale iss train ko cover kar rahe thhe na, thats why ECoR ne chamka dala poora.

In Youtube the data is 50-60 kmph. Actually the video was captured by my friend. By the time train reached outer, it de-accelerated to 20-30 kmph for the doubling work going on. I was standing at the crossing near junction point.
