Looking at the so far opinions less people want new zone be formed
Even partial ECoR region will be present along with SER and SCR for the new zone. If any. VSKP is of ECoR only.
Out of 45 opinions vskp has 13 yes and no new zone has 28 let's see if at all new zone gets formed or not
