App based Cab operators UBER and Ola have been allotted a parking area each just opposite to the New Terminal Complex of Howrah Jn ( from where SER trains are operated).After booking a cab just go towards the New Complex side and you will see big signage indicating the Uber and Ola pick up points. Important note:Please call your cab driver as soon as you receive your cab details for convenience, hassle free and quick pick up.
I saw the last time I went to Delhi.Planning is going on to set up the same near Kolkata Station and Santragachi Jn as well .
So it is not a big deal to go to your destination in Kolkata if you arrive around 4am in the morning by Jnaneswari Exp or around 2am by Kaziranga or by Tinsukia SBC super
