If IR is focusing on unigauge project, then why ministry is using standard gauge for HSR and metros? BG will provide more stability and CC.

For metro:-
1. Technology is available for SG (not for BG)
2. SG is very much energy efficient than BG.
3. Operating and maintenance cost is very less in compare to BG.
