R u a railway employee? How can u take a video through a drivers cabin? This as per railway rule i think is not permissible?
Not me,my friend taken the video,the motorman is known to him.
Ok...... but this kind of video from drivers cabin is illegal and is not permissible in IR....So if it is ur friends video dont circulate these videos to public.... if reporting will happen then action can bd taken against the driver of the train because nobody except driver and guard/assistant driver is allowed to travel in drivers cabin and taking such video is completely illegal....i am telling u because my uncle is in ER kolkata railway employee so the rules i am telling u...... there is 0 tolerance now in these safety related issues in IR. especially after the series of accidents last year.... so please do not circulate these videos and do not name anybody in these videos....
