Balamau Jn - Sitapurcity Jn is part of Unnao - Balamau - Sitapur electrification project which has been included in Budget 2017-18 at a cost of Rs. 104.36 crores. The work has been entrusted to Central Organization for Railway Electrification (CORE), Allahabad.
