Instead it could have been diverted to Rourkela. A Jan Shatabdi would be highly beneficial for Rourkela and Chakradharpur.
I know a Shatabdi earlier ran on the same route which failed but nowadays even the same train would generate high revenue in the same route.
Economy and preferences of people have seen a significant growth.

Need morning departure from ROU side, that can reach by afternoon sometime between Gitanjali and ADI Exp, unlike Ispat.
