What is the status of construction of tracks beyond Goghat?

The construction is moving in very slow pace due to controversies & protests by villagers of Goghat regarding a pond known as "Vabadighi".The railway line is supposed to pass from middle of the pond,but villagers are claiming from a long time to construct the tracks through the side of their "sacred pond" or construct a a bridge over that "pond".But railways want to construct lines by filling up the pond at some places.
**Controversies by Many political parties have taken place and even murders have occurred.Current situation is unknown to me.
