NSG-1 stations either needs to have 500 cr revenue or 20 million footfall or both. Whichever is higher gets recognition. RB's new system is inclined towards footfall. WB is a state where more than half of total no. of stations will be judged based on crowds over revenue.

Yes RB will be sure part of it but Real ground work for Classifications and list will be made by Respective zones..But later RB takes list and Screening of stations for upgradation will b done but on what priority i dont know cause in SWR list we found some stations have good footfall and Earnings but they are not being upgraded.
