Those of you who wish to travel further to Pune from Panvel, come out of the Main Exit and hire an auto-rickshaw(costs Rs 150-200) to Kalamboli Highway Bus Stand, here you'll find almost all Buses as well as private cabs stopping for Pickup.These all ultimately travel either via Wakad, Chandni Chowk, Swargate or via Talegaon, Chinchwad, Shivajinagar. To be on the safer side avoid taking Cabs altogether and preferably take the State Transport Buses like MSRTC, KSRTC, NWKRTC, TSRTC, APSRTC, etc.
