But 06710 reaches cbe @14:00..
Then does this rake stands idle till next trip after 24 hrs????

I think the SRR-CBE pass changes into CBE-PLNI and PLNI-CBE changes into CBE-TCR pass.
THE RSA is cleary mentioned in RSA section.
